Elongated and spacious (105 sqm) independent apartment, on the second floor, overlooking the sea from the north and with balcony in a private uncovered area in the south. The north bedroom has 2 single beds, which can either be converted into a double or used as a corner sofa. The room  also has a desk for office use, as well as an office chair, upon request. The bedroom on the other side has a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and, upon request, baby equipment can be added at no extra charge. 

In the center of the building, there is a spacious open plan kitchen-dining-living room, which is illuminated by a glass skylight. In this room, there is a sofa that becomes a single or a double bed, as well as everything you need to try your art in Mediterranean cuisine. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower, one of which with hydromassage.

The main balcony is located right opposite to the beach and above the street which in summer is pedestrianized and is the ideal destination for walking or jogging for the young and the old. From up here, you can enjoy the sounds and colors of the city from the comfort of your home. 

Via an external staircase the visitor gains access to the private terrace of the building, which is equipped for you to enjoy relaxation and the incomparable Mediterranean Sunscape: spacious dining room, sunbeds, and a unique hot tub area for 4 people, overlooking the endless blue …

The renovation of the building has been completed in 2021, with quality architectural supervision, so that the space is functional, with respect for both the environment and visitors: low pollution devices, sound insulation and thermal insulation, selection of mainly natural materials such as wood and iron used in the construction, quality household items a true  love and passion for its creation.
